Guests can self-park in the lot located directly behind the hotel. Please take a ticket upon entering. After parking, head to the back entrance of the hotel. Look for signage directing you to the banquet hall on the lobby level. Make a left before the café, then a right to reach the O’Hare One ballroom.
For guests arriving by Uber, walking, or being dropped off, please use the front entrance. Once inside, turn right in the lobby to find the ballroom.
