Thomas Jones has served as Kaseya's since March of 2022. Prior to that, Jones spend more than two decades with the FBI, across all programs that had to do with cyber threat actors and foreign threat actors. He is also a US Military veteran.

Corey O’Donnell is Kaseya’s Vice President of Platform Marketing, responsible for communicating and evangelizing Kaseya’s IT Complete platform to the world. A self-proclaimed “geek who can speak”, Corey has dedicated his entire career to fusing form, function, and messaging into compelling technology solutions. Whether as the full-time creator of CenterMark, a digital marketing platform, or as a consultant developing strategy and messaging for a variety of technology companies, Corey has a history of crafting solutions from concept to market success.

​Mike Puglia brings over 20 years of technology, strategy, sales and marketing experience to his role as Kaseya’s chief strategy officer. He is responsible for overall customer marketing, management and development across Kaseya’s portfolio of solutions. Prior to joining Kaseya, Mr. Puglia was vice president of marketing for TimeTrade Systems, where he managed and executed on marketing programs and communications strategy. Mr. Puglia joined TimeTrade from Salesforce.com, where he led the technical program management integration of real-time collaboration technologies into Salesforce’s Chatter Social Enterprise platform. Prior to his role at Salesforce, Mr. Puglia was vice president of marketing at Dimdim, a provider of cloud-based collaboration software, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2011.

Product Manager (BMS) Michelle led as the Solutions Specialist Director, pioneering the sales and market strategy for Kaseya BMS (Business Management Solution) since 2016. She helped build and manage the technical sales team of Specialists -promoting growth and adoption of BMS and IT Glue into the Kaseya IT Complete user base. Today, she is eager to make an impact on the roadmap and product vision as Product Manager for Kaseya BMS

Over a period of 25 years, Brett built and sold three companies (including an MSP, cloud reseller, and digital forensics business), led hundreds of soldiers as an officer in the US Army, and built an international channel partner program from inception to over $30M in recurring revenue. Brett is an accomplished speaker, consultant, and advisor and has worked with hundreds of businesses in varying capacities, giving him a unique understanding of what it takes to succeed at varying levels of business growth. Kevin is the GM for the PSA Suite that includes Autotask, BMS, and Datto Commerce and brings over 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Previously, as the GM and SVP of Product at Upland  Software, Kevin was responsible for the strategic vision of Upland's 30+ product lines and was a key member of the senior executive team building Upland from the ground-up from a privately held one-product company to taking it public with over $300M+ in revenue. Kevin joined Datto in June 2021 to lead the Business Management Portfolio and help MSPs to centralize business operations and make data-driven decisions to improve service, productivity, and profitability.

Alex Courson is a seasoned technology and strategic sales and marketing professional with over 15 years of experience leading teams for several companies serving the enterprise, government, and MSP sectors, including Veriato, a software company that develops and sells user behavior analytics and employee monitoring software, Spanning Cloud Apps, Kaseya, Finity Creative, Pilixo, Spector Soft, and, most recently, Awareness Technologies. She has helped numerous organizations achieve growth year over year and build foundations preparing them for scalability. With specialties in strategic communication, presentations, training, and overall sales and business development strategy, she has been involved in creating and launching innovative corporate training, scalable channel programs, and repeatable educational outreach programs.

Bradley Gross is the founding partner of the Law Office of Bradley Gross, P.A., a law firm that specializes in transactions involving managed service providers, VARs, technology solution resellers, cloud solution providers, IT professionals and technology companies worldwide. He is a leading legal authority in cloud and service provider transactions and has been named on thirteen occasions to the list of Superlawyers in the area Technology Transactions. Brad is a highly sought-after and frequent speaker at industry events throughout North America, Canada, and the European Union. Brad is an adjunct professor of law in the area of Corporate Cybersecurity Practices, a member of CompTIA’s invitation-only Cybersecurity Council, and a board member of Digitunity. Brad has also served as a Technology Law subject matter expert for Governor Bush, and was a former Technology Law correspondent for NBC television.

Hill has extensive experience with designing, implementing and managing Information Technology projects and solutions. Shawnee Delaney is an Insider Threat expert, cybersecurity consultant, and CEO of Vaillance Group. She is a decorated intelligence officer and licensed private investigator and has conducted thousands of public and private sector investigations.

Ms. Delaney spent the better part of a decade working with the Defense Intelligence Agency as a Clandestine Officer conducting human intelligence (HUMINT) operations around the world. After the DIA, she worked alongside the Department of Homeland Security where she coordinated and managed intelligence community relationships with the private sector.

Ms. Delaney consults for Fortune 500 Companies, helping in targeting fraud, platform abuse, data exfiltration, and attribution of unauthorized disclosures. She is credited with creating Uber’s Insider Threat program, as well as the foundational training at Merck Pharmaceuticals that helps protect Intellectual Property and Trade Secrets.

Jennifer Bleam is an award-winning speaker and a respected leader in the IT channel. She has coached more than 1,000 MSPs on marketing and sales best practices based on her real-life success as an MSP business owner. Bleam also grew a channel-only cybersecurity software firm from startup to acquisition in less than two years. Part of her role included coaching MSPs on how to sell cybersecurity to small and medium businesses. She also trained with Sandler Training and attended the CharTec Sales lab. She founded MSP Sales Revolution to help MSPs master the art of cybersecurity sales quickly, easily, and profitably.
