Brett has also been involved in several M&A deals as a buyer, seller, and advisor.

Alex Kahn is a Director of Account Management at Kaseya, and a product of Kaseya’s ‘grow your own leadership’ program – having started with the company as an Account Manager in the Miami headquarters. Prior to joining Kaseya, Alex spent years in the IT recruitment field, specifically in global headhunting for MSP’s.
Kevin Sequeira, GM PSA Suite, Datto
Kevin is the GM for the PSA Suite that includes Autotask, BMS, and Datto Commerce and brings over 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Previously, as the GM and SVP of Product at Upland Software, Kevin was responsible for the strategic vision of Upland's 30+ product lines and was a key member of the senior executive team building Upland from the ground-up from a privately held one-product company to taking it public with over $300M+ in revenue. Kevin joined Datto in June 2021 to lead the Business Management Portfolio and help MSPs to centralize business operations and make data-driven decisions to improve service, productivity, and profitability.

Charles Henson is the owner of Nashville Computer, the premier cybersecurity and IT services firm in Music City. He was cast in the Amazon Prime movie Cyber Crime. He is an international best-selling author of MSSP Playbook and is often featured in industry publications as the unofficial spokesman when an industry leader is needed for the story and has graced the cover of ChannelPro magazine. An in-demand speaker, he’s appeared at business and IT venues around the country.
Ryan Ricciardi, VP - Partner Success, SaaS Alerts
With over two decades of experience in the IT space, Ryan has a track record of building relationships with MSP partners and prospects, staying on top of the ever-changing technological landscape and providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of IT providers. As the VP of Partner Success at SaaS Alerts, Ryan leads multiple teams and initiatives. He oversees the account management team and ensures a seamless onboarding experience while participating in various in-person and online events that showcase the SaaS Alerts platform. His ultimate goal is to help partners achieve better cybersecurity and cloud security, while also boosting their overall productivity levels. With his extensive knowledge of the industry and passion for partner success, Ryan ensures partners are streamlined, secure, and delivering the best service possible to their clients.
