Ryan Grindrod, Product Specialist, Datto

Ryan has nearly two decades of experience helping business owners, executives, and MSP’s to leverage resources and technology usefully, with the intention of solving complex business challenges, improving service delivery, delivering maximum value, elevating profitability, and minimizing risk. Ryan joined the Datto Team in 2017 and has since worked as a Channel Sales Executive, a Product Specialist, and most recently a Manager for Solutions Specialists. Before joining Datto, Ryan was responsible for territory development at a mature MSP in the Northeast Area. He also has extensive experience in both digital marketing and wireless technology.  

Over a period of 25 years, Brett built and sold three companies (including an MSP, cloud reseller, and digital forensics business), led hundreds of soldiers as an officer in the US Army, and built an international channel partner program from inception to over $30M in recurring revenue. Brett is an accomplished speaker, consultant, and advisor and has worked with hundreds of businesses in varying capacities, giving him a unique understanding of what it takes to succeed at varying levels of business growth. Brett has also been involved in several M&A deals as a buyer, seller, and advisor.

Amelia Paro is an award-winning speaker and experienced sales professional with over ten years in the technology industry in B2B and B2C environments. Past sales experience includes IT hardware/software and IT consulting and services. Amelia brings a wealth of experience from managing and growing a successful MSP in AZ and working with clients across the US in the financial sector, non-profits and unions, and Fortune 500 retail organizations. She has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by MSPs and has extensive experience developing strategies for fast-tracking ROI after adopting a new technology solution. Amelia experienced great success during her years with her MSP and is passionate about seeing Partners gain the same success and profitability. She now leads Kaseya’s channel team, working with MSPs and channel partners around the globe.

With over two decades of experience in the IT space, Ryan has a track record of building relationships with MSP partners and prospects, staying on top of the ever-changing technological landscape and providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of IT providers. As the VP of Partner Success at SaaS Alerts, Ryan leads multiple teams and initiatives. He oversees the account management team and ensures a seamless onboarding experience while participating in various in-person and online events that showcase the SaaS Alerts platform. His ultimate goal is to help partners achieve better cybersecurity and cloud security, while also boosting their overall productivity levels. With his extensive knowledge of the industry and passion for partner success, Ryan ensures partners are streamlined, secure, and delivering the best service possible to their clients.
