Joe Smolarski, COO, Kaseya

Joe Smolarski is a transformational technology and business executive with proven track record of driving an improved customer experience while increasing operational efficiency. As COO, Mr. Smolarski leads the operations, technology and back-office teams and is focused on driving automation and operational efficiencies across the entire Kaseya family of brands.

Mr. Smolarski joined Kaseya from MRP, a global provider of marketing intelligence, software and services, where he served as COO, overseeing global operations through a period of tremendous growth when the firm nearly doubled in size over two years. Prior to MRP, Mr. Smolarski spent 13 years with IPC Systems, Inc., the leading global provider of communications technology for the capital markets. Mr. Smolarski served in a variety of senior executive roles including CIO, head of global sales, and head of global operations. A proven thought leader, Mr. Smolarski has been instrumental in the transformational shift of company product roadmaps from legacy technology platforms to best-in-class technology solutions, including the transformation of service models to maximize efficiency.

In addition, Mr. Smolarski has led multiple strategic blueprint programs to maximize company performance, with a focus on using technology to drive automation in all functions. His experience includes the global implementations of numerous technology platforms including SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, BMC/Remedy, B2B e-commerce portals and business intelligence reporting for KPI dashboard automation.


Mike Puglia, GM of Security, Kaseya

​Mike Puglia brings over 20 years of technology, strategy, sales and marketing experience to his role as Kaseya’s chief strategy officer. He is responsible for overall customer marketing, management and development across Kaseya’s portfolio of solutions. Prior to joining Kaseya, Mr. Puglia was vice president of marketing for TimeTrade Systems, where he managed and executed on marketing programs and communications strategy. Mr. Puglia joined TimeTrade from Salesforce.com, where he led the technical program management integration of real-time collaboration technologies into Salesforce’s Chatter Social Enterprise platform. Prior to his role at Salesforce, Mr. Puglia was vice president of marketing at Dimdim, a provider of cloud-based collaboration software, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2011.


Kevin Sequeira, GM PSA Suite, Datto

Kevin Sequeira is the GM for the PSA Suite that includes Autotask, BMS, and Datto Commerce and brings over 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Previously, as the GM and SVP of Product at Upland  Software, Kevin was responsible for the strategic vision of Upland's 30+ product lines and was a key member of the senior executive team building Upland from the ground-up from a privately held one-product company to taking it public with over $300M+ in revenue. Kevin joined Datto in June 2021 to lead the Business Management Portfolio and help MSPs to centralize business operations and make data-driven decisions to improve service, productivity, and profitability.
